A few Frequently Asked Questions.

Do You Require A Deposit?

Unlike many mobile discos, we do not insist on a deposit (unless this is something you prefer to do, then it can be arranged). However, if you decide take your booking up with Allsounds Roadshow, you will receive a confirmation /contract email from us shortly after we have received all the booking details required for your coming event. The email contract you receive will have terms and conditions which you will confirm and agree to, before the booking process is complete (set in stone). The terms and conditions simply state that should you decide to cancel my our services between the date of booking and the date of your event, there would be a cancellation fee/penalty for holding the date for you. The cancellation fee is based on a percentage of the total agreed cost and also depends on how much cancellation notice is given.

Can I Cancel My Booking?

You can cancel your booking up to 2 weeks after booking completion free of charge. after 2 weeks, there would be a cancellation fee/penalty for holding the date for you. How Much Time Does It Take You To Setup?

I generally arrive 1 hour before the agreed start time to set up (access permitting), so for example, if your agreed start time is 7.30pm, I would arrive at around 6.30pm to set up.

Do You Take Requests?

Yes, I take requests in advance using the online playlist facility (found in client login section of the website). You will be given your own username and password to login upon booking completion. I encourage you to make a few requests in advance using the online playlist facility, to give me an idea of what your music tastes are. I am also more than happy to take requests from you and your guests on the night.

Do You Supply Karaoke?

In short.. No, I do not supply Karaoke, nor do I allow guests to sing on the microphone. Nor do I allow anyone behind the DJ equipment area for health and safety reasons.

Can We Use The Microphone For Speeches And Announcements?

Yes, I am happy to loan you the use of my microphone for your speeches, and I am more than happy to make any announcements you may have.

Do You Use Strobe Lighting Effects?

No, I do not use any kind of strobe lighting effects, of anything that might cause harm to epilepsy or seizure sufferers.
